We had another exciting Fire Safety Week at Rowe School! Here are some photos from our trip to the fire station and our time in the smoke trailer!
In writers workshop we've been working on adding detail to our stories. Students practiced sharing their stories with partners and asking questions to help each other add more to their stories.
In science we practiced using our senses to observe objects.
On Tuesday, we got up close and personal with the compost worms! We used magnifying glasses and our senses to notice details about a worm's body. Students then recorded their thoughts in their science journals.
