Week One In The Books!

It was a busy first week in first grade!  Here's just a bit of what we've been up to this week!

The students created a set of rules for our meeting space:

Students practiced picking spots and reading independently:

On Friday we brainstormed class names and had a vote.  The final choice:  THE BLUE OWLS!
